The defendants listed on the indictment are Ghassan Elashi, Shukri Abu-Baker, Mufid Abdulqader, Abdulrahman Odeh, Mohammad El-Mezain, Haitham Maghawri and Akram Mishal. Both Holy Land Foundation employees, Mr. Maghawri and Mr. Mishal are currently not in the United States.
